Appointment Booking
To book an appointment, please call our team on 1300 391 820 or complete our Appointment Request Form online.
If you are a new patient, please complete the form(s) forwarded to you by our team ie Patient Registration, and Sleep Questionnaire (if applicable) and submit via the link in the email. This is our preference, but alternatively, you can download, print and fill in the paperwork at home prior to your appointment.Â
Please note: A valid GP or specialist referral is required to schedule an appointment with one of our specialists.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
To ensure your consultation runs smoothly, please bring:
- Your referral
- Medicare card
- A list of current medications
- If applicable:
- Private health fund card
- DVA Gold Card
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Any relevant previous tests, scans or medical records
Consultation Timeframes
New Patient
A 30-minute appointment is allocated for new consultations. This typically allows time to:
- Discuss your condition and concerns
- Perform a clinical examination
- Review relevant investigations
For more complex or multiple conditions, a longer 45-minute consultation may be required.
Follow-Up Appointments
Most follow-up consultations are 15 minutes. These appointments may include:
- Reviewing test results
- Discussing further management
- Planning or reviewing surgical outcomes
If you feel you may need additional time, please let our team know when booking.
Rescheduling or Cancelling an Appointment
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact our team on 1300 391 820 as soon as possible. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient and arrange a new time that suits you.

If you are running late, please call us on 1300 391 820. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
