All patients require a referral from their GP or healthcare provider. We accept referrals via Best Practice, fax, Medical Director or via the online web form.

From 1st November 2018, MBS items have been amended to ensure that patients with identified sleep disorders are identified and appropriately managed. Referral for sleep studies requires that General practitioners referring patients for a diagnostic sleep study must use approved assessment tools to determine eligibility. Â
To assist our referring providers in streamlining this new MBS requirement, we have updated our referral stationery.
Please find below a PDF version of this new referral format and this can be sent to us via hard copy, electronically (medical objects), via fax or mail. Please call if you have a very urgent case and we will endeavour to see your patient within the most appropriate time frame.
We can also post referral pads to the practice - please contact us to arrange delivery.​
